Confessions of a Clairsentient

The heart is more powerful than the brain. The heart is about 100,000 times stronger electrically and up to 5000 times stronger magnetically in the brain. Scientists at the Institute of HeartMath have been conducting research over nearly 2 decades that has shed light on what research is now characterised as the energetic heart.

The heart, like the brain, generates a powerful electromagnetic field, however the heart generates the largest electromagnetic fields in the body. This field as measured in an electrocardiogram (ECG) is about 60 times greater in amplitude in the brainwaves recorded in an electro electroencephalogram (ECG). HeartMath studies show this powerful electromagnetic field can be detected and measured several feet away from a person’s body between two individuals in close proximity.

Our heart is where we truly live…so how do we get there?
